Job Description

We are currently seeking Casual Retail Customer Service staff to join our Loganholme Superstore for the Christmas and Back-to-School 2026 season, with the possibility of ongoing employment for the right candidate.

In this role, you will assist parents and students with purchasing essential school resources, from uniforms and textbooks to stationery, technology, and musical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
  • Operate POS and manage inventory systems with accuracy
  • Process sales and stock movement diligently through computer-based systems
  • Pick and pack customer online orders daily
  • Maintain store merchandising standards and execute sales strategies
  • Adhere to directions from the support office and meet set goals
  • Keep detailed records and perform administration tasks as needed
  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Manage time effectively and handle pressure to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in retail customer service or a similar environment
  • Enthusiastic attitude and proactive approach to tasks
