Must have completed an apprenticeship - (we are not looking for cert 3 & 4 graduates)

Strong passion for food and a dedication to quality

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Available to work some weekends and public holidays

Minimum 3+ years of professional kitchen experience required

Experience in pub/bistro cuisine is required
