Job Description

We are offering Part Time hours, seeking qualified Personal Carers for current vacancies at Bray Park.

You will work as part of a team to provide personal care in a neighborhood community like environment for residents. As a Personal Carer you will complete activities that include: 

  • Assist residents to attain and maintain their optimum degree of independence, dignity, privacy and quality of life
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of information about resident care and wellbeing through appropriate channels to the Registered/ Clinical Nurse or Facility Manager
  • Take a proactive approach to the health and safety of residents, staff and visitors and share ideas for improvement

About you

We are seeking applicants with the following:

Our Personal Carers are passionate about what they do, are driven by a career with purpose and vital to our model of care for all residents. For your application to be considered, we look for the following skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Full Australian Working rights
  • Excellent communication skills enabling you to communicate effectively with residents, team members and visitors
  • Ability to understand and follow through with instructions, processes and procedures in a busy environment
  • Basic knowledge of technology.
