Technicians and Trades Workers

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of electrical service delivery across real estate, strata, commercial, and residential clients. Clear communication and strong leadership will be essential as you liaise with clients, electricians, the scheduler, and the admin team.
Prioritise and allocate incoming client requests for electrical maintenance and repairs
Coordinate with the scheduler to support efficient technician dispatch
Respond to client phone calls and service email enquiries with professionalism and care
Manage customer updates, job records, and documentation
Organise and track scheduled preventative maintenance
Create, generate, and submit service reports and invoices
Maintain and update procedure manuals and workflows
Raise purchase orders and liaise with subcontractors or suppliers
Manage site induction documentation
Provide mentorship, daily support, and guidance to a young and motivated technician team
Perform ad hoc admin duties to support smooth service operations
Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, staff, and stakeholders
A leadership style based on support, mentorship, and genuine teamwork
Excellent phone and email communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
Ability to manage competing priorities and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
Confidence to take initiative and identify improvements in workflows and service delivery
Prior experience in a client-facing, scheduling, or service coordination role is preferred
Experience in the electrical industry or a similar trade-based business is highly regarded
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital systems, apps, and online workflows
Ideal for a seasoned professional or someone transitioning toward the later stages of their career who wants to step into a leadership role with purpose
